What's For Dinner? Week 46: Cheddar Beer Chicken (Crock Pot!)


This cheddar-beer chicken was pretty good.  The flavors were quite strong, but blended well.  I could not find a package of Reser's diced red potatoes, so I used fresh ones.  I also just used a fresh green pepper instead of frozen.  And, instead of Bass Ale, I used Newcastle, as that's what we had.  The recipe for this dish is here.
