The Many Faces

Norah has quite the little personality.  To many "outsiders", she might appear very calm and shy.  But those who know her well know she is anything but.  She is actually very dramatic, silly, full of life and full of expression.

She loves to "make faces" for me to photograph.  Here are some of the many.....

NJ is 3!

 Our sweet littlest one is 3 years old!  We celebrated her birthday yesterday, and she is proud to be THREE!

Believe it or not, I didn't take out my regular camera AT ALL yesterday.  Here are some pics I got with my phone...

It's hard to not have family close by to celebrate special days like this, but we are so thankful to have friends who are like family live on our street.  We had them over for pizza and cupcakes (chocolate cupcake recipe here; cream cheese frosting recipe here) and frozen themed punch (blue Hawaiian punch, 7-up, pineapple juice & vanilla ice cream), along with some other adult drinks. ;)

Norton Farm

This morning, Shane went on a field trip with his preschool class.  I couldn't be an official chaperone because I would have Norah with me, but the littlest love and I decided to head to the farm to play anyway!  As much as I miss having the big kids home with me, it's super special to have all this 1-on-1 time with Norah!
