What's For Dinner? Week 39: Double Crunch Honey & Garlic Chicken

This chicken was not nearly as crunchy as I hoped (too much oil in the pan?  not hot enough?) but the flavor was great.  I was a little hesitant to try it, as there were a LOT of different flavors included in the coating and the sauce....but, it all blended well together.
