Due to life circumstances, my try-a-new-recipe-every-week attempts took a bit of a hiatus for a few weeks. Come to think of it, cooking in general took a hiatus! (Thanks to our family & friends who helped us out and kept out family fed throughout that time!)
I'm going to try to catch up by trying out 2 new recipes a week for the next few weeks. No guarantees, but I'll give it a go.

Crock Pot Chicken for Tacos:
I found this recipe on Pinterest. It's super easy....put 4 chicken breasts in the crock pot with a can of chicken broth, a packet of taco seasoning and a packet of Ranch dressing mix. Cook on LOW for about 4 hours. Shred the chicken and it's ready for tacos! The flavor was pretty good, and the fact that it was so easy makes it a winner!
