Christmas 2010

Wow! It has been a whirlwind of a week. These past few days have just flown by. I have taken a ton of photos, but I've tried to narrow them down a bit for this post. Between Christmas celebrations, caring for a newborn, and fighting off the stomach bug, these past few days have been crazy. To say the least.

But, as crazy as it has been, it has been equally wonderful (well, not the stomach bug part!). Shane is absolutely delightful. Caleb and Meredith have had such a wonderful time with our family and of course have loved eating lots of treats and opening gifts! We have very much enjoyed having Kris home from work and it has been great to have Kirsten, Jon and Evangeline here from Arizona, as well as Warren home from law school out in Virginia.

It was a crazy busy few days, but we feel very blessed in so many ways.

On the morning of Christmas Eve, Kris read the Christmas story aloud and the kids opened our presents for them. We also opened gifts from Nana and Papa!

On Christmas Eve night, everyone came here for dinner and then we went to Caleb's Christmas Eve program. He was pretty much the cutest shepherd ever, and did a great job.

Auntie Kir meeting Shane for the 1st time...so glad he was born before she has to go back to AZ!

On Christmas Day, we went to my parents' house and enjoyed yummy meals, generous gifts, warm fires, and relaxing time with family. Oh, and the "boys" had a lot of fun building a sledding hill (complete with ramps!) in the front yard!

Stocking...

He wore the hat all morning!

We hope that you had a wonderful Christmas!
