After sitting through and watching lots of big brother's and sister's practices and games lately, this guy has been more than ready for his own thing.  Also, I think it's hilarious that he insisted on wearing this baseball shirt to his first day of soccer. :)

Splash Pad

For years, when the big kids were littler, we were frequent visitors to the local splash pads.  But it has been quite a while since we have all been to one.  As the kids are getting older and more comfortable in the water, they much prefer the pool.  Last summer we didn't go at all, and the summer before that we maybe went once.  But because our pool pass doesn't begin until mid-July (we paid for the "half-season pass" option), we have several weeks to fill up with other cool-down activities on these hot days.  So "take Norah to the splash pad" was added to our Summer bucket List.  The kids had a lot of fun, and just as Caleb was getting bored, some friends from school showed up which made the time there much more exciting for him. :)
