Thanksgiving

Our day started with a hike...although Mom, Norah, and I stayed at home to cook. :) I did not get many pictures from the day, but thankfully Dad captured several throughout their hike!

Fall sports seasons are officially over, sadly!  While life is crazy in the midst of the seasons, we love it and we are already excited for the next seasons which will start up in the new year.  The boys are giving Flag Football a try, and Meredith will be playing basketball.

Caleb's team lost this morning in their 4th playoff game...by only 1 run, ugh!  SUCH a bummer.  I didn't get to stay more than a half hour, as I had to get Shane to his soccer game, but here are a couple of quick snaps...

 I got a bike! It's already been put to good use.  Lots of bike rides with the kids...to Dunkin' Donuts, several parks, and just to explore the 25+ paved trails in our neighborhood.  We splurged a bit to get a good bicycle, and I am hopeful that it will last for many many years!

After a huge storm this summer wiped out most of our lemon tree (the branches with all the not-yet-ripened lemons!), we've finally got some new fruit!

I've been missing the Fall colors.  But there is definitely beauty in ever-green leaves of the trees here.
